Losing a loved one

Losing a loved one can often cause a person to consider life unjust, feel something that can't be quite described by words, but it is some kind hate towards an opponent you can't punch, towards the opponent who took something valuable from you and there is no way for you to fight back other than simply accept it. Have you ever lost your loved one and if yes, how did you deal with it?

Losing a loved one, especially one that you are close to can make you lose your mind. It can make you doubt the essence of your living. For some people, they can't handle it and fall into depression. It is one of the most difficult situations to go through in life.

Losing a loved one is devastating because it leaves an emotional void, disrupting your sense of stability and connection. Grief brings intense sadness, loneliness, and even guilt. You need to allow yourself to grieve, seek support from others, cherish memories, and gradually rebuild your life while honoring their impact on you.
