Well, written article. When I have anxiety attacks I take deep breaths, go for walks, or talk to someone I trust. Writing helps too. I try to remind myself the feeling will pass, even when it feels heavy.
 
Another unorthodox method to stop anxiety attack is through prayer. When i use to pray daily, my anxiety level dropped drastically. Deep prayer that you pour your mind out to the God is anxiety killer.
