A very good friend of mine was actually depressed for at least a minimum of 5 months and he almost took his own life on more than one occasion but thank God someone was there to help him get through the phase. I think that I'm still going to share this with him.
 
I am trying to understand the CBT so far. It seems like the amount of stufy one has to do to understand their own self is something that changes these days and something we learn. CBT is good when you are going through trauma and some of the emotional changes that are going on.
 
Depression is becoming extremely common these days, it's something we really need to take a lot more seriously.
 
Understanding a specific disease is really important when it comes to treating it in the first place. This is why medical experts try their best to diagnose a specific disease. Diagnosing mental disease is not that easy as many people assume. In fact, in many cases, it could be very hard to diagnose mental diseases because in many cases, there are no real tests that could help people diagnose mental diseases.
