Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei may be under mental stress this time. His secret bunker was destroyed by the IDF. He is the next target of PM Netanyahu to be eliminated . His officials fled, feeling afraid that they might get involved with the next target of the IDF. PM Netanyahu already told Khamenei that there's no place he can't reach. Iran is now in destruction. The Iranians feel afraid that Iran will become like Gaza.
 
Well, there is no confirmed evidence to suggest that Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has mental stress due to ongoing tension. However, we can assume that the recent events migjt have raised questions about his mental health and leadership stability.
 
With the bombing of Iran's three nuclear sites, it is assumed that Khamenei is mentally and emotionally disturbed. The USA has successfully bombed those nuke sites. USA is mighty and retaliation from Iran is expected.
 
This is a bit off-topic on mental health, but the big threat is Russia joining with Iran.

Politicians live with a threat of terrorism like police officers, military, celebrities etc. That's the price for being in the public eye.

Note: It amazes me though how people can get so angry anyone in the public eye, even people not as much there as the president or something.

Indeed, it is also not easy for them to be cool. Being a leader of a nation is hard . There are different kinds of troubles and sources of provoking actions which could lead to war or internal conflict..
