Children as young as 5 are pretending to scroll and post on imaginary phones. Some even use their parents phones to create Tiktoks. What does this say about their developing brains and mental and emotional issues?

Children mimicking phone use or making TikToks at age five shows how digital habits shape their brains early. It may impact attention spans, emotional regulation, and identity formation. Guided boundaries, real-world interaction, and age-appropriate tech use are essential for healthy emotional and mental development.

I didn't know this or had seen it, I suppose it's because of the fact that as children we pretended to play with a car and thought it was real, as times have changed and today it's more normal to use a cell phone than a toy car for a child, it must be for this very reason.
