Art is therapeutic and it's a well proved fact. It's an expression and when you are totally engrossed in it , you can experience trans, a stage where you feel calm and liberated from all your worries. I am a special educator and counselor. Iny professional life, I keep meeting people with emotional and mental health issues. Some come with some disorder that will accompany them for long and they need coping skills to deal with it. While others come through a temporary phase of feeling low and going through a mental and emotional turmoil due to certain incidences in their lives. I often resort to Art as a therapy for them. In many of my counselling sessions, I have used it across the age group and I have seen that it actually helps to heal. Art is healing.
What is your say in that?

Art therapy can be incredibly healing. It allows self-expression, helping people process emotions and reduce stress. Whether through painting, drawing, or sculpting, creating art can provide a sense of accomplishment and offer a safe space to explore and release inner feelings.
