Omega-3s, probiotics, and magnesium-rich foods are linked to mood regulation. Should mental health therapy include personalized nutrition plans, or is food’s role still secondary to psychology?
 
eating right food can not only improve your physical health but also mental and emotional health. There are certain minerals and vitamins boost your mental health. For example, Vitamin B12 is very important for your cognitive behavior. Likewise, iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium, and iodine. support various brain functions, such as oxygen transport (iron), neurotransmitter function (zinc, calcium), and overall brain cell activity (magnesium, iodine). Eating foods that have high amount of these minerals help yo combat anxiety and depression.
 
Yeah, that's indeed the truth, food really play its part in that for sure. I’ve noticed when I eat well , like fruits, fish, and proper meals, my mood just becomes a little brighter. It might not be a total fix , but it helps. Even drinking enough water or eating on time will reduce that anxious feeling. Our body needs good food to develop a sound mind.
