Did any particular course affect you negatively?

I have a very serious problem with mathematics when I was still a student. I couldn't cope with it. Any subject or course which involves a lot of calculations causes me temporary depression until I've been able to pass it. I couldn't sleep well as a result of such courses until I was done with school and graduated.

Did you have such experience as a student?

I had to take a course on Econometrics. The course was all about modelling. And I had a very poor foundation in Calculus. I was very scared of having to write a test or exams on that course. My heart used to pound heavily and constantly a day to Econometrics exams.

Same here mathematics was a stressor to me. Till date I don't like the subject. I don't like anything that has to do with mathematics

I hate anything that has to do with mathematics. And the funny thing is that mathematics used to affect my self confidence. It stressed me mentally and made me feel like I am not intelligent academically.

I haven’t taken a course that affected me negatively. Most courses, like a marketing class on Udemy, energize me, though tough ones, like advanced coding, can feel overwhelming but ultimately build my resilience and skills.

In my university days,. I had to pass a course called Ancillary Mathematics. Not only that the course was difficult for me, the lecturer made himself look like a demi god. Imagine your lecturer telling the whole class they are dullards. I had an E in the course and I thanked God because it always scared the hell out of me.

Mathematics was also a major issue for me, it got to the point that anything that has a little bit of calculating gave me issue. Due to this i had difficulty in school and even had to rewrite certain exams.
