Everyone's life is different as we are all unique and live unique lives to an extent. Many of us will notice that the older we get the more stress we go through but there will be some people who will get older and find that stress becomes less and less for them. It all depends on where you are in your life and whether the stress comes with it or whether you can just avoid stress as much as you can.

I myself have found the older I have got and the older my children have got, the more stress I have been under. Me having an 18-year-old who is currently looking for a job and also a 17-year-old daughter who has started school and has been having some issues at college, it has led to me having more stress the older I got rather than having less stress.

Do you find that the older you have got the more stress you go through?

I am not sure to be honest. Maybe I get more annoyed for some things and I can see that when I am gaming. Before I was able to play for hours in a row but now after 1h I feel very tense and annoyed by doing that. Movies and tv series relax me best but games started to kind a annoy me. So, to answer this question, yes, I think I am getting more and more annoyed as time passes by. :D

Having more responsibilities will certain bring one to a level where they feel more stressed out. You have things that you are thinking about. Challenges that you are trying to fix and all of that. When I was younger, I worried about less, and it made me have time to play more games, but as I got older, I noticed that having more life challenges came with more stress.

I have noticed that as I get older, stress can feel more pronounced, especially with added responsibilities, like career, finances, or relationships. However, I’ve also gained more perspective and coping skills over time, which helps manage stress more effectively compared to when I was younger.

Absolutely I find adulthood to be stressful at times and there's times where I'm under more stress than usual. You've got bills to worry about, your health starts to decline more when you get older, and you are more aware of what time you've got left on this Earth. Yet it's funny, I feel like I was more stressed out when I was living with just my wife and we had our own apartment. Then again we both had dead end jobs and poor money managing skills.

Yes adulthood can be so difficult for some people. you go through life almost all alone.you need to make decisions that would make or mar you. you go through all the anxiety alone

As you grow older, the responsibilities become bigger. And that can easily get you stressed. You don't have the time to do the fun things that you used to do when you were much younger. That alone gets you mentally stressed. Responsibilities makes growing older more stressful.

There are huge expectations in every sphere as you grow older. One really has to go out of their way to meet up with certain expectations for your age. Adulthood for example comes with financial responsibility. And that financial responsibility keeps becoming larger as you grow up, making you more stressed in the end.

As a woman, when you advance in life, you are more stressed. You have to babysit a man. You would have to take care of kids and also work to earn. It is not easy being an adult woman. But we have to find a way to plan well and manage those stress.
