Do you skip breakfast?

There are people who always focus on ensuring that they eat breakfast no matter what the situation is. To them, eating every morning is necessary and something anyone that is serious about healthy living should do. Do you think breakfast is very important, or do you skip it most of the time?
 
Yes sometimes I do as I try to fix food for myself only in the afternoon when I want to include fast in my weight loss. it does help anyway
