Does working from home relieve stress?

Have you purposely chosen a work from home job to help you manage your stress levels rather than working a 9-5 offline job?
Does choosing your own hours and being your own boss make you feel more capable of having an occupation without worrying about the pressures of, say, working in an office building with other colleagues?

For 9 to 5 jobs, you have to wake up very early in the morning to start preparing for work. Then, you might have to commute everyday to your workplace. That is premium stress if you ask me. Having to work from home on your own terms eases out all those stress.

Working from home can relieve stress for some people by offering a more comfortable and flexible environment. It eliminates commuting time, allows for a personalized workspace, and provides better work-life balance. However, it can also create challenges, like isolation or blurred boundaries between work and personal life, which might increase stress for others. It depends on how well you manage the work-from-home setup.
