Don't blame yourself for negative emotions

I know sometimes we tend to beat ourselves too much because we let anger or jealousy get the hold of us. To me, I believe that being angry especially when it is needed is one way we can keep everyone at bay. We shouldn't tame the negative emotions in a bid to be perfect. The negative emotions make us perfect, true?

Experiencing negative emotions is a natural part of being human. It doesn’t mean you’re weak or flawed, it’s simply how the mind processes challenges. Suppressing emotions can be harmful, but acknowledging them helps you grow. Self-compassion is necessary; everyone feels down sometimes, and it’s completely normal to have these moments.

Negative emotions are a natural part of the human experience, and they don't define you or your worth. It’s important to treat yourself with kindness during those moments and understand that feeling upset, frustrated, or even sad is not something you need to apologize for. Emotions are just signals, not reflections of your character.

Negative emotions would always happen sometimes. You don't have to feel bad about it. There is no way that you won't get angry at a point as you keep relating with other humans. But emotional intelligence comes to play and doesn't allow you to take it out on people.
