Economic Injustice and Depression

Financial inequality and job insecurity can trigger chronic depression. How much of today’s mental health crisis do you think stems from the widening economic gap?

Well, those in privileged social class, do not care about economic injustice and those who are victims of economic justice do not have voice, and even when they have voice their voice is not heard. I am not sure if entire class belonging to economic in justice are affected with depression or not but I am sure people belonging to this class are certainly experiencing a lot of mental health issues.

This is a big one. Based on my experience I have come to realize that money problems can break your spirit faster than most people realize because when you’re struggling to survive, it’s very hard to stay hopeful in that condition. For those of us that experience something like that, it is so difficult because you will get stuck like nothing is happening.

When there is a wide gap between the well to do people in the society and average people, there is always a sense of frustration on the part of the average people. They struggle to pay bills and are always in a constant state of anxiety occasioned by mental pressures.
