EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique & also Emotion-Focused Therapy. I think of it as the former.
I had thought of trying EFT not too long ago. I do something similar called Louhan Patting from Qigong. I just don't do affirmations or with the breath. I just focus on tapping. If I have too many things to do, it tends to create the opposite effect on me lol
