Have you ever had one of those days where you wake up and no matter what, you just feel depressed? Or maybe it's just a random moment in a day, you are doing just fine, and than out of nowhere, you feel that depression creeping on. I think in a way it's similar to being bipolar, in that some times you're happy, while other times your feelings shift to anger or annoyance.
I think stress is a big reason I deal with this, but there are days where I feel great, and then it just creeps on me out of nowhere. Has this ever happened to you?
