Grief can deeply affect mental health. Are you finding comfort in therapy, journaling, or support groups? What helps you process loss while staying healthy?
 
I always find solace in talking to people in the period that I am grieving. It is my go to therapy when I am in situations that cause grief to me. I also always allow myself to express the emotions that comes with the grief of that situation.
