Noticing that one is having depression can be one of the most difficult thing for some people. I have been depressed before and I got to know when I began thinking too much and being unable to sleep. What about you?
Well, it became very obvious to me when life didn't mean much to me again. I was filled with sadness, anger and hate. I couldn't sleep or have any good conversation with anyone. It was more like I was grieving with no one knowing what I'm passing through.
