Numerous studies have concluded that happiness levels increases more when you spend money on experience rather than materials. For instance, people might experience happiness more when they visit a new place, compared to buying a new TV.

By the way, how do you find happiness in life?

That's right I always believed that happiness Wells from the inside. It is always something that comes from the inside. You would be happier when your happiness is not on things

I find happiness in small, everyday things, spending time with friends and family, enjoying hobbies, and appreciating moments of calm or nature. I’ve noticed that focusing on gratitude, personal growth, and meaningful connections makes a big difference in overall well-being.

Getting happiness depends on person to person. I feel happy when I travel somewhere and explore new places, talk to an old friend, watch something on TV which I like, having dinner/lunch in a restaurant with my family and lot of other things

I am a happy go lucky kind of person. That has been my basic nature. I find joy in every little thing around. Family tike gives me happiness. I enjoy working with children, I get that opportunity every day. I love my garden, travelling, walking with friends, my me time doing art and craft or reading, writing.

I’d say I find happiness most in moments rather than things, sharing a meal with family, getting lost in a good book, traveling somewhere new, or even just enjoying a peaceful walk. I believe experiences lift you more than possessions.

Well, I have also experienced happiness with small activities, for instance talking to my mother or having dinner with kids and spouse, or going for a family outing. While materials also bring in happiness, for instance, buying a new phone, or a computer, etc. but this is a temporal feeling. Experiences make you more happy compared to things you acquire.

Happiness is different for everyone, how we get to it depends on our life choices. I think having wealth helps with happiness, even though many would disagree. I think financial stability is what it's about, because no one wants to struggle either. And there are people out there who don't make good money, and may live paycheck to paycheck.

I think finding happiness is finding the people you surround yourself with, your family and friends. Striving to live a happy and safe life with someone you love and care about. That is my way to happiness. I think everyone is different in how they want to be happy. Some will be happy with limited wealth, some will want more. But I think if we want happiness, we have to understand we have to work for it too.
