You can feel better in a short time when you move. You can do jumping jacks, take a brisk walk, or dance to a song you love. I’ve found that even two minutes of movement boosts my mood fast. You could also splash cold water on your face, text a friend something kind, or change your environment by cleaning a small area. Shifting your focus physically often lifts you mentally too.

I've done more than 6 of the ones on this list that you've left and I confirm that they work and they work very well. To all of this I would add smoking a little marijuana, that always helps, in fact it helps more than it seems, you feel enormous happiness and technically it's a natural way since marijuana is natural.

The one that works for me is watching the comedy show. When I am so heavy and I can't handle it, I just have to go on YouTube to watch some comedy shows. The comedian, Brain Jotter would get you laughing in five minutes and you would forget everything.

I don't think that you should smoke marijuana because it is very addictive and it could be very bad fir health. It has very bad effects on brain and it can be bad for overall health. Having said that, meditating could be a good choice. A person could possibly join a social group. Isolation could be really bad for health. So joining a support group or public group could be really good for mental health.
