Depression impacts both mind and body. It affects mood, energy, sleep, appetite, and concentration. Over time, it can lead to chronic health issues, strained relationships, reduced productivity, and even increased risk of suicide. Early diagnosis and treatment are very important for recovery.

For me, depression can cause mental weakness. I won't be able to have the guts to pursue the things that I should pursue. And one thing that I have also observed about depression is that it saps a lot of physical energy. You would just see yourself physically weak and you won't be able to explain why.

Depression impacts your mood, energy, sleep, and relationships. I’ve seen it make simple tasks feel overwhelming and isolate people from loved ones. It affects physical health too, causing fatigue, appetite changes, and even chronic pain. Early help can truly change everything.

Depression not only disrupt your live but all people around you. I can tell you this from my own experience. When I was growing up, my father was battling with acute depression. Because of his depression, our mother and we children suffered a lot. But we always tried our best to help him. Depression makes people lonely and sad and you should always give them company.

Depression can often lead to stagnation, when a person is battling with depression, they will no longer have the will or interest in anything productive be it in their personal lives, career or even relationships.

Depression can change the outlook of a person. He or she may lose interest in life. He or she may lose interest in pursuing a dream. Everything becomes vague.

The biggest impact of depression is that if it is not managed well and cut out early, it always starts making the victim feel suicidal. The person has already felt worthless out of depression. Next thing they would question why they are living. That's why we need to help people we sense are depressed.

Those who suffer from depression never find life nice to live. They are in a negative mood and want to ease their feelings in a way to end their suffering. They need help to console their depressive mood.
