Is it anxiety?

My daughter, who is 17 years old, has had a fever for the last 3 days. Yesterday, she felt her heart beating fast, and her body became numb. My wife took her to the hospital, where an ECG was done, and everything came normal, but the pulse rate was fluctuating, so she was hospitalized for observation.

At night an echo test was done, and the report was normal, but still she is feeling dizziness and pain in her body. I don't know what's going wrong with her. The doctor says she is stressed, and because of the anxiety, it's all happening.

I'm no doctor, but have you considered having her see a therapist as well? It might help to have her talk to someone, maybe it's something that's affecting her mentally. Speaking of, have you asked her if she is dealing with anything at the moment? Like with her mental health? Maybe she's dealing with stuff in school.

Her heart beating fast could be a panic attack, but was she going through anything at that moment that would cause that? How is she doing mentally otherwise? Is she showing signs of anxiety or depression?
