Stress is common in your life, however, if you are under stress for a long time, there will be a lot of physical consequences. You can get never ending headaches, depression, anxiety, forgetfulness, and even be under the risk of stroke. You might also experience muscle pain and fatigue and ultimately, you might get eczema or psoriasis. If you are under constant stress, you might frequently catch cold or flu, you might even experience diarrhea or constipation. Long term stress also increases the risk of hypertension and heart attack, and diabetes. Stress can cause weight gain or weight loss, or sexual problems.

While it is not completely possible to get away from stress, it is very possible to manage stress and live a stress free life.
