Here are some common physical symptoms of Anxiety

Sleep problems
Tense muscles
Racing heart
High blood sugar
weak immune system
Fight or flight response
Fast breathing
Upset bowels
Weight gain
Sexual problems

If you have most of these symptoms, it is very likely that you are goingg through anxiety issues
 
I agree some of your points that are menioned, but we need to solve their issues to bring back into good life.
Fighting, Fast breathing, upset are the to three observed in most mental persons here.
