People that get depressed care less about life. You would see someone that used to be very co-ordinated acting incoherently. They would start dressing tattered. They would start having a headaches. Some don't even have balance in their walking steps.

Depression can cause fatigue, body aches, headaches, sleep disturbances, appetite changes, and digestive issues. It may also lead to muscle tension, slowed movements, or unexplained pain. These symptoms often accompany emotional distress, making it crucial to address both mental and physical health for effective treatment.

Some people start having headaches because their depression has led them to mental stress which has affected their blood pressure. Some even have body tremors as a result of disturbed thought process that affects the normal functioning of the brain. Depression is really terrible. And seeking help is the best solution.
