Chronic illnesses like fibromyalgia, cancer, or autoimmune disorders often bring physical pain that challenges mental resilience. How do you stay mentally strong when physical health struggles weigh you down?

Living with chronic illness or pain challenges your mental strength daily. I’ve found that therapy or support groups ease emotional burdens. Staying mentally strong means accepting, adapting, and not giving up.

Chronic disease can cause pains even when the pain is not severe. It can also be handled with optimism. I was once diagnosed of a chronic disease, all I did was to take precautions and adhered to medications. I didn't let it deter me. I would often visit a therapist each time I felt depressed. Now, I am still taking my medication without any symptom or negative feeling. It's all in the mind. As far as I'm concerned, I'm still strong and healthy. This consciousness keeps me going.
