Stress and anxiety feel similar, but they have key differences. Both can cause restlessness, tension, and physical symptoms like headaches or rapid heartbeat. However, stress is usually a response to an external trigger, like deadlines or conflicts, and often fades once the situation improves. Anxiety, on the other hand, can persist even without a clear cause, leading to excessive worry and a sense of dread.

Stress can be motivating in short bursts, while anxiety can feel overwhelming and harder to control. Both require coping strategies, but anxiety may need deeper management techniques like therapy or mindfulness.
