According to a study, more than 22 percent of Americans will have a panic attack at least once in their life. So, you might understand the gravity of this condition.

Here are a few symptoms to watch

Feeling a sense of impending doom or death
Feeling faint, dizzy, or nauseated
Feeling out of control
Difficulty catching your breath
Tingling or numbness in hands or fingers
Racing heart
Ringing ears
Feeling sweaty or chilled

This is a good list! People should note too that you don't need all of these symptoms in order to feel a panic attack. Some have found they have certain triggers. Some realize that while they can't be a passenger in a vehicle, they can drive as they feel more in control of the situation. Work with what your limitations are.
