Taking 30 seconds away from work to breathe really boosts your mental ability to continue working.

Some people have to go through long hours of work as their jobs are quite demanding. Taking intermittent 30 seconds break in between work to breathe can really help to boost your mental ability to keep working.

That 30 seconds would help to break the cycle of anxiety and cut how overwhelmed you have become from working long hours. That 30 seconds of deep breath can really help you calm down.

I think we could do one better and take a longer break after certain points in our work. 30 seconds doesn't feel like enough to me. But I suppose it depends on the work. Some work may require longer breaks.

If anything I think jobs should offer more break time to help make everyone's day just a tad bit easier.
