Procrastination isn’t just about laziness, it can create ongoing mental stress. Unfinished tasks linger in the subconscious, using up cognitive energy and increasing guilt. Even small progress can reduce this burden. What’s one small task you’ve been putting off that you can tackle today?
 
When you have tasks that are yet to be finished and the dateline is approaching, you would most likely be walking about with an emotional weight. That emotional imbalance can even make you to mess up the task completely. That's why I prefer to do my tasks bit by bit as early as I get them.
