Overthinking every choice—big or small—can stem from anxiety, perfectionism, or low self-trust. Decision fatigue drains mental energy, making even simple choices overwhelming. Practicing low-stakes decisions and setting time limits can reduce paralysis. How do you handle decision overload?

People that are indecisive might just end up depressed because some decisions are dilemma in nature. You just have to take a stand that suits you in situations like that. That's why people seek for support to make decisions.

It is like you are carrying a mental burden when you are indecisive about a situation. And that itself can make you edgy towards other people. Making decisions is not easy though. But if the decision is too hard for you to make, talk to someone for helps and perspective.

Issues like this often leads to stagnation in most areas of their life. Often times their inability to make decisions is usually based on fear, they fear failure hence they want to be extremely careful before making a choice.
