The Mental Toll of Feeling Like a Burden

Feeling like a burden, whether in relationships, friendships, or work, can lead to self-isolation and reluctance to ask for help. Often, this belief is rooted in low self-worth rather than reality. Challenging negative thoughts and allowing yourself to receive support is crucial. How do you remind yourself that you are worthy of help?

It is to have the right mindset. you need to think highly of yourself. You would know that you can overcome issues when you place yourself on a better pedestal

It gets worse when the people around you actually make you feel like you are a burden to them. You would completely doubt your self worth and sink deep into depression. If you are not mentally rugged, you won't be able to ride from that.

When you are feeling like a burden to someone, you become uneasy around them. Actually, there is hows someone around you acts and you interpret it in your mind to mean that you are a burden to them. It can even lead to resentment. I think always having honest communication with the people around you to get clarity can help.
