Ways Of Dealing With Stress

1. Find a calming area: If you stay in hyper attentive areas, you will be more likely to stay stressed as the nerves will not have any way to calm down.
2. Start to breathe more slowly: The slower you breathe,  the more your body will relax.
 
Trlaxing is important to body, but how you deal with stress who has lot of financial problems/ do you have any suggestion in this situation?
 
I used to fight stress, resisting every anxious thought like an enemy. But the more I pushed, the stronger it felt. Now, I accept stress as part of life, letting it flow through me without control. It still comes, but without resistance, it loses its grip faster than before.
