Weekend Hobbies That Improve Mental Health

Weekends can be for rest or adventure. Which hobbies help you feel refreshed and energized by Sunday evening? Do you prefer physical, creative, or quiet activities to boost your mental health?
 
My weekends are my time to relax and unwind. I will sometimes enjoy a good video game, maybe a movie or tv show. Or I may go out and hang out with friends or family. I mostly prefer staying in for the most part. But really, it depends on my mood that given weekend. Some weekends I don't do a whole lot, other weekends I go all out and try to have as much fun as I can.
 
I binge watch TV shows in the weekend. Watching TV shows help me relax and easy my tensions. I also like to play games in the weekends. Sometimes I go for a picnic or dinner with my family.
 
For me, it’s cooking and taking small walks. That Saturday morning jollof rice excitement just gives me peace 😅. Some people like gardening or watching football. Anything that clears your head and makes you smile counts. I even started sketching again recently, and it’s been helping with stress big time.
