What are the best free tools or apps for managing your mental health?

I'm always open to trying alternative ways of managing your mental health, I like the idea there are apps and other tools out there that can help you with your mental health needs. Do you guys know of any apps or tools you'd recommend? I know of services like Better Help, but are there other apps and tools, free ones to be exact, that can help us better manage out mental health?
 
I’ve tried a few. Calm is nice for relaxation, though the free version doesn't have plenty features. “Insight Timer” is great too, it's free meditations and talks. Sometimes I just use YouTube sleep sounds, especially rain sounds, they help me rest. But honestly, even journaling on your phone or voice notes helps plenty.
