Whenever we lose something or someone that's very close to us, it usually makes us feel so bad. I've been depressed when my grandma died and also when my uncle died. I've not gotten over death of my grandma till today.

How about you? What have you lost that made you feel depressed?

I cried for a week when I lost my grandma. I was someone who had never lost anyone close to me, and being in that situation was difficult. I couldn't even handle it the proper way that I was always angry and unhappy. I am grateful that I am getting better at the moment.

The day I was robbed, all my devices including my laptop and smartphone was taken from me. Everything about work and the different projects I was working on was being lost. No backup. I was so depressed on how I would get to start everything over again.

it was when I lose my cousin that was very dear to me. I was almost depressed to the D. But I'm.hsppy that I'm in a better place now

I lost a very close friend in a shipwreck. And it was such a pain to me. This was someone that was a friend in every sense of the word. I cried for 6 months every night wishing the news was untrue.

Losing my dad in 2016 actually made me depressed for a long time. It took me a long time to bounce back from that depression.

I also lost my grandpa a few years later, which threw
Me in a bout of depression as well, but I overcame that.

Both situations were really
Tough on me and the hardest things that I’ve ever had to go through.

I have experienced the loss of my grandparents, my uncle, and my dog. Losing them brought me a lot of sadness because they meant so much to me. I still find myself crying whenever I think about them.

Losing loved ones hurts deeply. Grief lingers, but memories bring comfort.
