A friend of mine told me about making use of water therapy in order to work on her mood swings. She told me that whenever she is having a mood swing, she try as much as possible to drink a lot of water and this helps to change her mood to something better.

I'm not sure if this works for so many people but I would like to know those who have tried it to know how effective it works.

I have never drank water to improve my mood more like drinking to stay hydrated. But it I think it can still help both ways

I'm not really sure about that since I've never given it a shot before. However, I think that drinking water might help someone feel more relaxed.

People who struggle with mood swings, like those with anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder, often use water therapy as a natural way to feel better. It can include cold showers, swimming, or even just relaxing baths. Therapists, athletes, and wellness enthusiasts use it. I have tried and I helps.

I don't know that water helps to fix mood swings but whenever I consume water, it helps me relax. Now, I understand that drinking water regularly can improve my mood patterns.
