Worrying does not help.

Life is not fair. We all have our shares of problems. And it is rightly said that one never gets rid off the problems of life. The problems will rest in peace when we do so. Many of our problems cause worries. And these worries can actually impact our mental and emotional well being.. I came across this beautiful simple flow chart and wanted to share here. This simplifies the issue. But yes, it is easier to say than to practice. But maybe with conscious effort and conscious living, we can bring it into practice. Share your thoughts.
 
Worrying solves no problem. Rather it worsens the situation by impacting our health. The best approach is to think on how the problem can be solved.
 
Honestly, worrying just drains you. I used to stress over everything. But with time I realised most of the things I worried about never even happened. Now I just pray, do my part, and leave the rest. Worrying don't add anything, it only steals your peace.
 
There are times that you don't have any option but just worry about how a thing has turned out or would turn out. But dwelling in that point of worry won't help with anything. Even when you worry, you have to snap out quickly and think of how you can resolve the issues or challenges.
