Life is not fair. We all have our shares of problems. And it is rightly said that one never gets rid off the problems of life. The problems will rest in peace when we do so. Many of our problems cause worries. And these worries can actually impact our mental and emotional well being.. I came across this beautiful simple flow chart and wanted to share here.
