Writing your thoughts can reduce stress and improve mental health. I am saying this from my own experience. Have you tried journaling? Did it help you with your anxiety or depression? What techniques work best?

Journaling helps control symptoms and improve our mood by helping us prioritize problems, fears, and concerns.it gives room for Providing an opportunity for positive self-talk

Journaling can be a powerful tool for mental health. It helps process emotions, track patterns, and relieve stress. Writing thoughts down creates clarity and emotional release. However, consistency matters, sporadic journaling may not be as effective. Find a style that suits you, whether structured or freeform.

Jotting down your thoughts actually helps a great deal, it's a great way to know your own state of mind and even understand yourself a lot better than before.

Well, I do not have major mental health issues, however, I used to journal in the past and it helped me to relax. Writing your feelings and emotions can certainly ease out of your conditions.
