Tough Times and Stress

Generaly speaking, you become stressful when you are facing tough How do you manage stress in tough times? How do you manage your tough times to become less stressful?
 
When I face tough times, I manage stress by taking deep breaths, breaking problems into smaller steps, and staying active. I also talk to close friends or write down my thoughts. Focusing on what I can control helps me feel less overwhelmed.
 
When times are tough, it is really difficult. Many people suggest to let go and move on but letting go and moving on are almost impossible to do. You will overcome with stress, anxiety and depression. If you continue to be afflicted by tough times, it will have deeper consequences. How do I manage my tough times, well, I cannot. I just tell myself that tough times are not permanent, and they will pass sooner or later.
 
It’s tough to manage hard times, but reminding yourself they’re temporary helps. Holding onto hope and patience can provide strength until things improve naturally.
 
I understand you. Difficult times were quite complicated for me too and gave me a lot of stress, but believe me, everything passes, and when it does, you'll say, "Really, did you suffer so much for this?" But I understand perfectly well that when you're going through a difficult time, it causes you a lot of stress and suffering, but believe me, everything passes.
 
Tough times can be quite demanding and stressful at the same time but the most important to do is to hold on tight and understand that it will not be forever. You need resilience to navigate through tough times.
