When should someone seek support for mental health issues

While most people are coming to realize they are dealing with one mental health issue or the other, the major question still remains when is the perfect time to seek for professional help? Do you seek for help the moment you noticed the signs or when?

I think that depends on the person. I think sometimes it's good to get started with therapy and support as soon as you can. Otherwise things fester and waiting too long could have an adverse affect on your life. No one should feel shame or regret for wanting to seek help. If you need it, there is so much support out there, please take it if you can.

There is this stigma to seeking help, and that shouldn't even be a thing. People should want to seek help sometimes, I know I wish I have in the past. But I feel waiting to seek out help, only prolongs the issues. Seeking help now, may be what saves you and helps you get through life better.

Someone should seek support when feelings like sadness, anxiety, or stress start interfering with daily life, relationships, or work. I believe early help prevents issues from worsening, so reaching out sooner, rather than later, leads to better mental health outcomes.

People should seek support as soon as they notice persistent signs like anxiety, sadness, or changes in behavior affecting daily life. I personally try to ask for help early, it’s easier to manage issues before they grow overwhelming or impact my well-being deeply.

Let's say, no matter how much you try to find help here, or in videos on YouTube for example, if nothing works for you, nothing helps you, you feel like you can't do it alone no matter how hard you try, then yes, at that moment you should go to a professional who can help you with your mental health, clearly it will be of enormous help.
