What do you find causes you the most stress?

Have you noticed anything in your life that tends to cause you more stress than any thing else that you go through? I myself have 4 children who are all a little older now and whilst they can cause some stress, it's never as much as you would expect but if I find myself out of routine, things not going right or just life in general not feeling right, I notice that my stress levels become higher than they would any other time when I get stressed.

Have you noticed that there is anything in particular that causes you more stress than you would normally go through?

Worrying has been found to cause me a lot of stress. When I worry about certain things in life, I noticed that I began having some mental meltdown that affected the way that I felt and acted. I have learnt to always not worry too much about life and what it entails, but rather focus on the other things that I can control.

I totally get it! For me, getting thrown off my routine or dealing with unexpected problems can really raise my stress levels. Even little changes can feel like a lot. I've also found that managing relationships can be stressful, even if it doesn't always show. Sticking to a routine helps me stay relaxed.

I don't think any other thing does thdn me trying to make money. I have to go through this stress all the time because making money here isn't easy at all.

My health issues are causing me the most stress these days. Also, money. I need money to deal with my health issues, so I'm working harder. However, no matter how hard I work, I never feel like it's enough, because I still need to support my family.

For me, managing multiple responsibilities at once causes the most stress. Jggling work, and personal projects can feel overwhelming. I’ve found that breaking tasks into smaller steps and prioritizing helps me stay on top without burning out.

I am stressed because of lack of money and my son is not doing well in his life.

Next years my kids will start going to college and as the education cost is too high here so I will require some extra money for their admission in a good college.

Second worry is my son, who is not performing well anywhere. He argues alot and doesn't listen to us. He likes to do gym and to spend time with his friends outside and I don't he may have started smoking now.
