Stay active
Take a pause for everything

Find creative activities like drawing, writing, doodling, etc.
 
When anxiety creeps in, I turn to natural ways to calm myself. Deep breathing helps slow my racing thoughts, while a walk outdoors grounds me in the present. I drink herbal tea, listen to calming music, or journal my thoughts. Movement, mindfulness, and nature always bring me back to balance.
