Adherence to medicines

Alternative treatment options like therapy, counselling or a procedure are much easier to adhere to as these are schedule-based with session-free-period in between, however, when it comes to medications, it is a daily dose. Taking medicines daily may not be easy to comply with for many individuals and has a great impact especially on mental health recovery. Of course, there are ways like keeping a diary/journal, calender or alarm to remind you and keep track of dosages. Family members can also assist in this process. How best, do you think this challenge can be tackled?

If you're on meds for any reason whatsoever, it's very important that you stick to them and not miss your dosage. If you're not on pills, then you can focus on other form of treatment that you're on like therapy or any other thing.

It is not always easy but it is good to keep an up-to-date list of all of your medications and to take as prescribed
Just know that your health care professional cares so that you can adhere to the treatment plan.
