Some avoid medication and try lifestyle changes, herbal supplements, or therapies like acupuncture, acupressure, yoga and meditation. Have you tried alternative treatments? What worked for you? Are they as effective as traditional medications? Do you think non-medication approaches is a better option?.

Alternative treatments like yoga, acupuncture, herbal supplements, and light therapy can support mental health. Journaling, creative expression, and spending time in nature also help. However, effectiveness varies, some find relief, while others need traditional therapy or medication.

Alternative treatments can help, but effectiveness varies. Combining them with traditional methods often brings the best results.

For anxiety and depression, I’ve found practices like meditation, yoga, and deep breathing exercises really helpful. Regular physical activity, along with a balanced diet, can also have a positive impact.

To improve mental health, consider ilifestyle changes: These practices can significantly impact changes like doing regular physical activity, maintaining a healthy diet, reducing or eliminating harmful substances like alcohol and drugs, it will help reduce stress, and improve overall mental wellness

Being around people with the right kind of vibe can also be a great way to cure or treat depression and anxiety. The kind of people we associate with helps a lot. There are times where i am dealing with depression and what helps me is just a simple talk with a loved one who won't judge or even try to make sense of why i feel that way, they are just supportive.
