One question most people often ask is if stress can actually lead to mental health issues for a person who never had any of these issues before, well the answer is yes. The past few weeks have been extremely stressed out, having to sort out multiple things, waking up with serious body pains and so on, and one thing i noticed was that i was waking up every morning feeling depressed, overly worried about everything and anything, and overtime i started feeling somewhat sick.

Oh for sure. Stress, anxiety, and other factors can really weigh on ones mental health. A stressful day at work could cause depression, anxiety, anger, and more. I know how you feel as I've struggled with some health issues in recent years and it has caused some depression. Stress is a burden that most people hate to deal with.

Yes, stress significantly affects mental health. Chronic stress can lead to anxiety, depression, and burnout. I’ve experienced how unmanaged stress clouds thinking and drains energy. Managing stress through relaxation, exercise, and support is vital for maintaining mental well-being.
