Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) teaches coping skills. It’s great for BPD. Have you tried DBT? What skills work best for you?

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) helps with emotional regulation by teaching skills like mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I’ve seen how it empowers people to manage intense feelings calmly. However, I have never a explored DBT techniques.

I think that you are talking about dialectical behavior therapy. There are various different aspects of this kind of therapy. This basically involves understanding emotions and dealing with your emotions at a higher level. This may also involve mindfulness as well. This means you must accept your current conditions and move towards positive changes.
