Do you find audio books help you relax?

If you have ever had something like an Amazon Kindle you will know that many books that you can get in physical form you can also get as an audiobook as well. One of the more common places I know of to get audiobooks is from Audible by Amazon but I do understand there may be other places you can get audiobooks from that you can have on your phone or tablet to be able to listen to. Many people like to sit with their eyes closed and listen to an audio book and they find it can help them relax.

Have you ever used audio books? Did you find them relaxing to listen to?

Yes, audiobooks help me relax, especially with soothing narrators and immersive storytelling. I enjoy fiction with rich world-building or self-help books with calm voices. They’re perfect for unwinding at night, letting me escape reality without straining my eyes.

Audiobooks help me relax, especially during walks or before sleep. Listening to a good story lets my mind wander without screen strain.

Honestly, I have neve really used an audio book, at least not since I was a kid. I used to have a few kid audio books, but haven't listened to one since I was a kid. But, I was thinking about trying a few out, just while I work. Maybe listening to an audiobook while I work will allow me to experience more books in the process as well. Plus, I've wanted to read more books, so maybe this will help me crack out some more books in the process.
