If you have been depressed, what does it feel like after you started treatment and therapy? Did you recover 100% from the depression or does it still find a way to linger in you but not as it used to be when it started?

I believe depression can improve over time, but it might not completely go away for everyone. For some, it’s a recurring challenge that requires ongoing management. With the right support, coping mechanisms, and treatment, many people find ways to live fulfilling lives despite it.

I don't really need any therapy for my own kinds of depression to go away. When the causative factors for my depression has been removed, the depression goes away. For instance, if I was depressed for lack of money, having money would cure that depression.

It could go away if seek help from someone close to you. The person himself must also help secure back his mental strength. What bothers his mind and life must not be taken for granted.

I believe depression can improve significantly with treatment, therapy, and lifestyle changes. While it may not fully "go away" for everyone, I find managing symptoms effectively allows for a fulfilling, balanced life.

I have never had to take treatment for depression. But I have been depressed and it actually goes away forever. Whenever I am able to overcome that part that I sit and cry, and am able to move out, that depression would surely go away forever.

Yes i believe depression can be completely cured, with the right treatment and associating with the right persons, it is very possible to completely over come depression.

I don't have depression but my father suffered from depression for more than 10 years. he was under medication and his doctor told him that he has to take medicines for life long. Then, someone suggested him alternative healing methods like yoga, meditation, and faith healing. Now, he is completely cured. hasn't taken any medication for depression for more than 15 years.
