Does politics depress you?

The political world is always something that depresses me, because everything just keeps going wrong. The US has had it rough when it comes to politics, especially the past year under Trump. I don't know what to expect in the next few years, but I do worry and that has caused me to be really depressed at times. Do you ever feel the same about politics?

Yes, politics can feel overwhelming and discouraging. Constant conflict and negativity often drain hope, making it hard to stay positive about the future.

Especially when you see how leaders are waisting all the chances. During election, I even avoid news sometimes, just for peace of mind. Politics can really mess with your mood, especially in places like Africa where hope is not guaranteed. I just focus on my hustle and leave them to their drama.

Politics doesn't depress me. I am a political enthusiast. And politics rather interests than depress me. I love to follow all the intrigues, manipulation, permutations and power play involved in the political scenery. I hope to enter mainstream politics someday. I am already involved in grassroots politics.
