Giving up quick

I have one very annoying problem which affects my life quite badly. You see, I can easily get an impulse to do something, to make a website or do learn some programming language so I begin doing so but after some short period of time I feel very empty and lose all the interest I had which makes me annoyed and depressed at the same time. How to solve this issue?

It sounds like you're experiencing what's often called "shiny object syndrome," where new interests spark excitement but fade quickly. To solve this, try focusing on one project at a time, setting small, achievable goals, and finding deeper meaning in the process. It helps to stay connected to why you started and break tasks into manageable chunks. Accountability, like sharing your progress with someone, can also keep you motivated. Have you tried setting up a reward system or tracking progress?
